A salad with grilled goat's cheese can be found on
almost every menu in taverns, restaurants and bistros
in our regions.
But home-made, it tastes much better. Especially if your
table mates give you a compliment for it...
Fellow amateur cooks, let's vary it and consider this
version of the recipe merely as a stimulus to make

Make warm toast, spread a layer of Sirop de Liège on it and
place a grilled cheese on top. Place a cheese with toast in the
middle of each plate.
