grilled goat cheese
A salad with grilled goat's cheese can be
found on almost every menu in taverns,
restaurants and bistros in our regions.
But home-made, it tastes much better.
Especially if your table mates give you a
compliment for it...
Fellow amateur cooks, let's vary it and
consider this version of the recipe merely as
a stimulus to make something more and
different. Good luck with it!
Wrap the cheeses in bacon and fry them in a
hot pan in a dash of olive oil.
Make a vinaigrette of equal parts olive oil and
balsamic vinegar with a spoonful of Sirop de
Liège.
Dress a plate with mixed salad, maize, fried
lardons, toasted pine nuts and halved cherry
tomatoes.
Make warm toast, spread a layer of Sirop de
Liège on it and place a grilled cheese on top.
Place a cheese with toast in the middle of each
plate.
Finish with vinaigrette and flakes of Parmesan.
