Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut into cubes and put
them in a pan with a a few spoonfuls of water. Cover and let
simmer until the apples are soft. You can now mix the
preparation or not, if you prefer a little bite.
Options are: add a sweetener such as sugar or stevia or not.
This choice is partly determined by the acidity of the apples.
On the dish: chicken, apple sause and Belgian fries or boiled
potatoes. Serve with a jar of mayonnaise.
