Chop the meat (½ chicken - ½ mixed minced pork and beef) in
the meat grinder, even if you have bought the meat already
ground. It must really be one homogeneous fiberless mass.
Add the garlic paste and all herbs and spices. You can use a
ready-made curry mix or make your own custom mix with a
choice of: ginger, cardamom, cayenne, black pepper, salt,
coriander, allspice, paprika, cloves, mace, cinnamon,
fenugreek and turmeric.

Make rolls of about 10 cm long on 2 cm diameter. Roll them
separately into a sheet of plastic foil to obtain the correct
shape.
Cook the frikandels in the foil for 8 to 10 minutes in boiling
water. Remove them from the foil for immediate use or freeze
them to store. Deep-fry the defrosted or freshly made
frikandels 3 minutes at 175°C.
Serve with a fresh salad or fried onions, a sauce of your
choice and Belgian fries.
