Puree the blueberries with a glass of Crème de cassis. Press
the mass through a fine sieve and keep the juice for use in the
refrigerator. Beat the Greek yogurt with a little cream.
Fill small glasses with juice and top with yogurt and a dash of
cassis.
Serve just before the main dish.
