Heat up tomato juice and add a splash of vodka. Season with
celery salt, ground pepper and Tabasco.
Add uncooked green celery cut into brunoise. Stir one
squeezed soaked gelatine leaf into the preparation. Pour into
individual jars and put in the refrigerator.
Before serving, garnish with grated hard-boiled egg, salmon
slices, salmon eggs, a dollop of sour cream and a sprig of dill.

ingredients. You can offer it as an hors d'oeuvre in a
series of three, as I usually do.This then comes to the
table just before the cold appetizer in a multi-course
menu.
