This is a 'forgotten' recipe with childhood
memories. It starts with the name: phonetically
"korned bief" instead of the correct English
pronunciation.
The preparation is simple. Sauté sliced shallots
with cherry tomatoes and add the sliced
corned beef.

toast bread
Heat to a homogeneous mass. Season with
some pepper.
Serve with slices of bread baked in olive oil.
This is, as you can see on the photo, an ideal
dish for the camping kitchen. Little work to do
