Cut the asparagus tips and steam them briefly until half-
cooked. Fry them briefly in a pan with some butter. Season
with pepper and salt.
Put the rest of the asparagus in the soup machine (or ordinary
cooking pot) with chopped celery, onion and chicken stock.
Make the soup, mix in the cream and season with pepper, salt
and a pinch of cumin powder.
Spoon the soup into a soup plate.
Put the asparagus tips in and finish off with some parsley.
