Halve the cherry tomatoes and empty them. Push a teaspoon
of tapenade into each tomato. Put a ball of mozzarella on a
cocktail stick and a filled cherry tomato underneath.
Sprinkle the mozzarella ball with a mix of dried parsley and
garlic while turning it.
Place the lollipops in a tall glass on the table, or as in the
photo, put them in a wooden plate.
