Chop the onions and leeks and put them with a
full bunch of chervil in a pot of water or in the
soup machine. Add thyme, a bay leaf or bay
leaf powder, pepper and salt. Leave to cook for
half an hour, remove the bay leaf and then put
the immersion blender in.
